How do I contact you?

Contact us before you travel

The best way to contact us is by chatting to our virtual assistant, Sandy, who is available 24/7 to help with things like flights, amendments and payments.

To chat with Sandy, simply:

  1. Head to the ‘Manage bookings’ section on our app – you can either log in with your account details or with your booking reference number and the lead passenger’s surname
  2. Tap ‘chat’ located at the bottom right-hand corner of the page
  3. Select one of the suggested prompts or type in your own question

If your enquiry is a bit more complicated, ask Sandy to put you through to one of our customer service agents.

Please note that our chat service is only available once your booking has been confirmed. You can also follow the same steps online at Manage My Booking.

Alternatively, if you prefer talking to someone over the phone, you can speak to our Customer Service agents on 01234 975 975.

Our agents are available every day between 9:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 to 17:00 Saturday and Sunday (GMT).

Once you’ve returned home

If your holiday didn’t go to plan and you’re looking to write a complaint, you can do so on the loveholidays app or online at Manage My Booking.

Alternatively, no matter what part of the loveholidays journey you’re at, you can fill out a form on our dedicated reviews page, and a relevant member of our team will get back to you.
